Chicken Fajita

I cooked a chicken fajita for dinner tonight based on the www.greatist.com recipe!  This has a dry fajita seasoning made from chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper along with chicken, red, yellow and green peppers, onions, avocado and cheese.

My first impression is whoa this is spicy!  All of the fajita seasoning is mostly added onto the chicken but then also a little in the peppers and onions too and to me is quite spicy.  So for a lot of the taste is driven by the spices combining the different tastes together.   My next impression is not only the spicy heat from the fajita seasoning but also the warm temperature and from the tortilla and from the chicken and peppers.  For the texture you have the combination of everything with the crunch from the peppers, the soft tortilla, the softer texture of the chicken, the smooth and fatty texture from the avocado and the little melted bits from the cheese.

I have to mention though I kept having the stuff falling out of my fajita!  Need to work on that haha.  I guess I tried to put a little bit too much filling in my fajita but it was good so overall quite a success!
