Carrots

I tried raw carrots first.  I don’t currently have many vegetables in my diet but I have heard a lot of people say that carrots are a good one to start with.  Carrots are hard, crunchy and slightly sweet.  They remind me of the crunchiness of an apple.  They are a little bit juicy or watery but not too much.  They are supposed to be really healthy for you so it will be a good thing to be able to incorporate into my diet.
