I made this delicious bacon, egg and cheese hash for dinner last night based on the recipe from http://www.cafedelites.com and it turned out really well! I am really starting to get the hang of just eyeing it as I cook and everything was cooked nicely. The potatoes were soft and a little bit crispy on the outside and I would like to have them even crispier on the outside. The egg was cooked through once I flipped it without being overdone with the melted cheese all around it and mixed in with everything and the bacon pieces were salty and crispy. So when you got a bite with a little of everything it was quite good, some crispy and soft potato, crispy bacon and cheesy egg. I am used to all of these foods with their tastes and textures now and am just experimenting with different ways to combine them. The best part is that this was pretty easy to cook as well and only took me about 30 minutes!
