Poulet et mini-farfalles sauce aux 3 fromages

Tonight’s dinner was this frozen dish from Picard which is chicken with farfalles pasta and a 3 cheese sauce.  The 3 cheese sauce is pretty flavorful and is a good consistency considering it is a frozen dish just heated up in the microwave.  The sauce spreads out on everything pretty well when you mix it up so it is a good ratio of sauce to pasta and is not too overwhelming but is enough to cover pretty much everything.  The farfalles noodles are these little pasta noodles shaped like bows and are a good size and are a soft texture.  There are a few chunks of the chicken spread throughout the dish which kind of just seems random to me.  The chicken was still a little bit juicy and were chewy.   Overall, it was another slight variation on pasta and another chance for me to get a little bit more used to chicken.
